This 1-hour experiential session provides a gentle introduction to mindfulness through practical techniques that can be incorporated into your teaching and daily routine.<\/p>\n    \n\n    \n    <p>The session features a variety of mindfulness practices, offering three engaging options to choose from:<\/p>\n    \n\n    \n    <ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n        \n        <li>Sitting meditation with singing bowl<\/li>\n        \n        \n        <li>Outdoor mindfulness exercises<\/li>\n        \n        \n        <li>Mindful yoga and stretching<\/li>\n        \n    <\/ul>\n    \n\n    \n    <p>The goal is to foster relaxation, enhance focus, and promote self-awareness\u2014essential skills for educators and healthcare professionals alike.
